I specialize at the intersection of IT and physical product development. At Samokat, I built and led a strong multidisciplinary team, utilizing OKRs to sharpen focus and significantly improve product launch metrics.

For several years, I lectured at the British Higher School of Art and Design (BA Product Design), where I helped dozens of students develop both their soft and hard skills, refine their resumes and portfolios, and secure their first jobs in the field.

I have been consulting startups on crowdfunding strategies, industrial design, and hardware manufacturing for the US and Chinese markets. My expertise has contributed to several successful Kickstarter campaigns, raising over $7M in total.
